Pet policy: We are pet friendly! Both dogs and cats are allowed!

Pets - Max 2 Allowed

Pet Deposit: We do not have a pet deposit

One-time Pet Fee: $400 per pet

Monthly Pet Rent: $20 per pet

The weight limit is 30 lbs. per pet

Please keep in mind that no exotic animals are permitted.

We do not allow German Shepherd, American Pit Bull Terrier, Husky, Doberman, Mastiff, Great Dane, Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, Wolf Hybrids, Saint Bernard, Chow Chow, and Akita

Non-Smoking Community

To promote a healthier living space for all our residents, we are a non-smoking community. No smoking will be permitted on premises, units, or common areas.  All areas within 25 feet of any window, structure, or any private buildings are designated as non-smoking.
